Why dEcode^TM?
"Decode"	means the brain's ability to process or grasp information.

"dEcode^TM"	Programs work at this most fundamental level of learning.

	Because the word "decode" describes the point of the teaching method perfectly.

In Reading	"Decode" develops mastery in the "processing" or reading of individual words, the necessary first step in reading.

In Math	The program develops mastery in the "processing" or grasp of number facts and fundamentals, the necessary first step for math competence.

1. It is a phonologically based system which focuses on the dependable rules for the sounds in our language rather than the exceptionalities. The learner is told that he/she can count on the sound symbol correspondence to be the same throughout this program. (In order to learn, security and consistency are necessary.) 2. The individual is given only small bites of information at a time with constant reinforcement. 3. We thus provide the student with a stable, predicable basis to start with. Once that firm foundation is in place, established through "over-learning", he/she is ready to discover all the quirks and enigmas of the English Language. 4. dEcode™ provides comfort of learning at any age level.
